Steven Mullen, Therapist & Yoga Instructor

About Steven Mullen

Steven Mullen has been involved in health and well-being for the past 23 years.

During this time he has taught a number of classes and courses in Martial Arts, Tai Chi, Yoga and Meditation and is also a Shiatsu practitioner and Acupuncturist.

His many years of dedication and devotion in practising martial arts together with his diverse teaching style is reflected in the popularity of his children and adult classes. Steven established his own purpose built dojo in Claremorris, County Mayo 14 years ago.

In the early years of his Shiatsu career he was employed at Delphi Mountain Resort and Spa in County Galway. Since departing from Delphi he has established two successful practices; one in the complementary Health Centre in Ballaghaderreen, County Roscommon for a period of over two years and his previous practice at Phoenix Total Well Being in Claremorris, County Mayo.

Steven recognises the need for continual learning and development in his own particular areas of expertise. In addition to being a qualified Shiatsu practitioner and Acupuncturist, Steven has qualified as a yoga instructor under Dr. Sri Radha Sharon O’Neill (BCL Hon, PhD Yoga) of the Golden Glow College and is a member of Yoga Alliance International.

To make his treatments and classes more accessible, Steven has now moved his main practice to Kilmovee, County Mayo (near Ballaghaderreen, County Roscommon), where he has built a new yoga studio and treatment room facilities.
